Headwear Makes Hats for Iraqi Troops

June 20, 2008 (Hat Life) Flexfit Headwear donated custom embroidered baseball caps to American Troops stationed at The Air Force Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team in Baghdad. In their honor the troops had the American Flag flown for Flexfit’s great effort.

The Flexfit stretch headwear was given to 144 servicemen. Each hat had the custom embroidered words, “EOD” in blue. EOD stands for Explosive Ordinance Disposal.

Flexfit Headwear received a certificate that read, “Let it be known that this American Flag was flown over USAF Camp Clemmons EOD Compound, Baghdad International Airport, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom on 10 April 2008 in honor of the outstanding support of Flexfit LLC.”

“I felt honored to lend support to the morale of our troops overseas,” said Flexfit VP of Sales, Mark Stern. “For them to bestow upon us an actual American flag, flown over their base in Baghdad as a sign of appreciation, I was amazed by their sincerity and gratitude.”
